Shop owner to shop owner

I cut vinyl for a living.
Now I'm trying to fix quoting.

not a sales page — there's nothing to buy here

Hi, I'm Ozgur. I own and run a sign & advertising manufacturing shop — channel letters, wraps, banners, the whole mess. So I live the same week you do: requests landing by email, phone and walk-in, half of them missing sizes or substrate, and quotes getting written at 10pm after production wraps.

Before I build anything to fix that, I'm calling independent shop owners across the US to learn how quoting and job intake really work day to day — what eats the most hours, what software actually helps, and what we've all just learned to live with.

Work Order № 0015-MIN
JobOne 15-minute phone call. Research, not a pitch — no product, no demo, no follow-up funnel.
SpecsYou tell me how a job goes from first request to confirmed order in your shop.
PaymentI share what's working in the other shops I've talked to. Straight trade.
